Bespoke masterclass creation – Key terms and conditions
To ensure a smooth and efficient development process, we outline the following terms for bespoke course creation projects:
Scope and deliverables
We’ll work with you to define a clear scope, including agreed deliverables, learning objectives and delivery schedule.
Changes outside of scope may require a formal variation and incur additional costs.
Each project includes:
- Session Plan
- Training aids and resources
- Branding to client
Timelines & Responsibilities
We will schedule a kick-off meeting within five business days of receiving the signed agreement. In this meeting, we will provide a detailed project timeline based on mutual availability.
Our service standard, once the agreement has been signed and received by Allara Global, is to deliver:
- First draft of Session Plan (2-3 pages) within 3 weeks - 1 review round
- Final Session Plan and Slide Deck (10-20 slides) within 5 weeks – 2 review rounds
- Final Resources (Session Plan, Slide Deck, Training tools and resources) branded to client within 8 weeks – 1 review round
Late additions or delayed feedback may impact timeline and cost.
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing timely content input
- Assigning a single point of contact for approvals
- Returning feedback by agreed deadlines
Intellectual Property
- The client retains intellectual property rights of the original content and source materials.
- Allara Global retains intellectual property rights related to all instructional design, course structure, learning methodologies, and associated delivery tools developed for the project.
- The final course materials are licensed to you for internal use, or as otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations & Scope Changes
- Major changes (e.g., course structure, branding) after final sign-off may incur a re-scoping fee
- The client may cancel the agreement for the bespoke masterclasses by providing written notice at least 21 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made within 21 days of delivery will incur a 70% cancellation fee to cover preparation and development costs, as well as reimbursement for pre-paid travel expenses already incurred. Cancellations made within 14 days of delivery will be non-refundable.
Approval & Sign-off
All modules will go through an internal Quality Assurance process before client review.
Final delivery is made once client sign-off is received.
Additional review rounds or delayed feedback may impact timeline and cost.
